We will come to your home, provide support over the phone or via the web, whichever you prefer. There is NO CHARGE for this service – it comes with your system purchase for a full 5 years.

Additionally, the Blu Glo Guarantee offers:

• Loaner equipment at no charge for system components requiring factory service
  
• System relocation services for rooms or homes that are being renovated, or for clients who are moving to a new home within 50 miles of their current home. *Moves greater than 50 miles will be quoted a relocation fee.
  
• In-home integration of new components being added to base Blu Glo system – includes delivery, installation, wiring and remote control programming of new component
  
• Troubleshooting of any system problem over the phone, via the web or in-home
  
• Technical support and purchasing assistance for peripherals not offered by Blu Glo, such as gaming systems, camcorders, computers, routers or modems
  
• Purchasing assistance for the addition of entertainment and information service providers such as cable TV, DBS satellite, and bundled services such as AT&T U-Verse
  
• Limited to one relocation per year
