They are always quick to respond to text/phone and quick to get us on the schedule if we have an issue. They have been with us through a couple of system upgrades, as well as wifi upgrade. They installed an entire new system at our 2nd home, a lake house - from sonos, wifi and outdoor tv + sound system. Brett and Kevin and their staff are always up to date with current knowledge of the AV world and always have advice on when to make changes to avoid bottlenecks with the service providers.
